  1. Return Policy
    Return Period:
    You can return your product within 30 days from the date you received it.
    Items eligible for return:
    Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
    The following items cannot be returned: Customized or personalized items
    Refund Processing:
    Once we receive your return, we will inspect it.
    Items eligible for return will be refunded to the original payment method, which may take 3-5 business days to process.
  2. Return Procedure
    Please contact our customer service team via email (altayebadam@urbanswaystore.com) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
    Place the return item and the original receipt in the package and keep it secure.
    Send the package back to the following address:

    Please keep the shipping receipt until we confirm receipt of your return.
  3. Exchange Policy
    We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need to exchange the product, please apply for a refund according to the return process, and then place an order online again to purchase the desired product.
  4. Shipping Policy
    If the product needs to be returned due to quality problems or wrong shipment, we will bear the relevant shipping costs. In other cases, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
